ABOUT ME
As a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW), I work with adults navigating life’s transitions—whether it’s career stress, personal loss, serious illness, or unexpected changes. I combine a warm, relational approach with evidence-based practices to create a supportive environment that sees you fully and empowers your next steps.
Research shows that the client-therapist relationship is the key to successful therapy. I approach each client with unconditional positive regard, humor, and warmth—creating a space where you can simply be yourself, and that is enough.
I received my Masters in Social Work with a Trauma Certificate from Simmons University in Boston. My diverse background, including experience in the healthcare and entertainment industries, allows me to bring a broad perspective and deeper understanding to the unique challenges my clients face. Together, we will explore the events that have shaped you, identify the shifts needed to reach your goals, and build the tools that give you confidence and resilience along the way.
In my personal time, I enjoy cooking, traveling, making art, and spending time with my loved ones.

I am passionate about offering trauma-informed care and have experience working with people facing anxiety, depression, grief, major life changes, and relationship struggles.
