My therapeutic approach

My therapeutic approach is warm, empowering, and holistic — built around the unique needs of people facing serious illness, the responsibilities of caregiving, and the psychological demands of working in medicine. I integrate tools from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic theory, and mindfulness practices to tailor sessions to your unique needs and goals.

My practice is anti-racist, LGBTQIA+-affirming, and neurodiversity-affirming. You are welcome here, exactly as you are.

All sessions are currently conducted virtually via secure, HIPAA-compliant video-conferencing — available to clients located anywhere in Massachusetts.

Who I work with

  • I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating cancer diagnoses, including brain cancer (such as glioblastoma), breast cancer, lung cancer, and skin cancer. My experience at an outpatient cancer center gave me a deep understanding of the emotional, physical, and relational weight a diagnosis carries — for patients and their loved ones alike. I would be honored to walk alongside you through this.

  • Healthcare providers carry an extraordinary burden. My clinical background spans ICU and oncology settings, as well as dedicated work supporting healthcare professionals at every stage of their career, including during their residency. I understand what burnout, secondary trauma, and the culture of medicine can take from the people doing this vital work.

Whether you are a new grad navigating the demands of training or an experienced clinician — be it a physician, nurse, PA, or social worker — struggling to sustain your well-being, I'll help you build the coping tools you need to continue the work you believe in, without losing yourself in the process.

  • In addition to my work with the groups listed above, I work with adults facing major life transitions — career changes, loss, relationship shifts, and other significant life changes — who feel drawn to my approach and the way I work. If you don't see yourself reflected above but feel I might be the right fit, I encourage you to reach out.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.
