My therapeutic approach is warm, empowering, and holistic. I integrate tools from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic theory, and mindfulness practices to tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs. I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating cancer diagnoses and their caregivers, healthcare providers, artists, and professionals in high-pressure industries. I strive to maintain an atmosphere of cultural humility, allowing clients to share their unique perspectives as the experts on their own lived experiences. My practice is anti-racist, LGBTQIA+-affirming, and neurodiversity-affirming. You are welcome here, as you are, whoever you are.
Currently, my practice is entirely virtual, with all sessions conducted via secure video conferencing.

My experience in an outpatient cancer center exposed me to the vast number of challenges that a cancer diagnosis creates for both the patient and their loved ones. I have experience across several diagnoses including brain cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, and skin cancer. I am especially passionate about supporting patients with high-grade brain tumors such as glioblastomas. I would be honored to support you as you navigate your, or your loved one’s, diagnosis and treatment.

My time working in the entertainment industry exposed me to the unique stressors that this work creates. I believe deeply in the need to support the mental health of artists and creative professionals as they navigate this complex, and often tumultuous, field. Whatever role you occupy across music, film, events, or production, I am here to help you gain the tools you need to balance the demands of the industry with your well-being.

My experience working on ICUs and in an outpatient cancer center gave me a deep appreciation for the struggles healthcare providers face, both in caring for their patients and navigating the medical system. I have witnessed first-hand the impact of burnout and secondary trauma on providers. I will help you develop the coping skills and tools you need so that you can continue to do the work you believe in without compromising your own health.
